The invention provides a packaging adhesive film with a lattice structure as well as a preparation method and application of the packaging adhesive film. The packaging adhesive film comprises a transparent adhesive film layer and a reflective film layer with a dot matrix structure, wherein the transparent adhesive film layer and the reflective film layer are laminated, the reflective film layer comprises a bonding layer and a supporting layer, and the supporting layer is positioned between the transparent adhesive film layer and the bonding layer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, compounding a bonding layer premix and a supporting layer premix to obtain a composite membrane; then cutting the composite film to obtain a reflective film with a lattice structure; and finally, compounding the reflective film with the transparent film to obtain the packaging adhesive film.
