Summary:The invention discloses a murine single-chain antibody for resisting swine transmissible gastroenteritis virus and a preparation method of the murine single-chain antibody. A heavy chain variable region and a light chain variable region of a mouse anti-TGEV monoclonal hybridoma cell amplification antibody are connected through a linker and cloned into a prokaryotic expression vector, wherein the amino acid sequence of the single-chain antibody is shown as SEQ ID No.2. The molecular weight of the single-chain antibody obtained through inducible expression and purification is about 28 kDa, ELISA shows that the single-chain antibody can specifically recognize the swine transmissible gastroenteritis virus; a pseudovirus neutralization test shows that the single-chain antibody can neutralize the capacity of TGEV pseudovirus infected PK15 cells, and the anti-TGEV single-chain antibody is expected to neutralize the infectivity of the virus in a piglet body, and infection and transmission of viruses in a piglet group
