The method comprises the following steps: inputting image data of the septum tomography into a preset semantic segmentation model for semantic segmentation, and obtaining a semantic segmentation result through fusion; based on the semantic segmentation result, performing instance segmentation on the image data of the mediastinum tomography through a preset instance segmentation model to obtain an instance segmentation result; and according to the semantic segmentation result and the instance segmentation result, outputting an image segmentation result of the image data of the diaphragmatic tomography.
