Summary:The invention relates to a method for measuring trace elements in blood by an atomic fluorescence spectrometry absorption method. The method comprises the following steps of firstly, repeatedly freezing and thawing a blood sample, then freeze-drying to obtain a solid sample, then adding nitric acid with the concentration of 30-40wt% and hydrogen peroxide with the concentration of 15-20wt%, heating to 40-45 DEG C, sealing and digesting for 25-35 minutes, filtering, washing and drying to obtain the trace elements in the blood; cooling to room temperature to obtain a clear and transparent digestion solution; and finally, determining the trace elements in the diluted digestion solution by using atomic absorption fluorescence spectrometry. The method is advantaged in that the blood sample is firstly repeatedly frozen and thawed, then the freeze-drying technology is used for removing moisture in the blood to obtain the solid sample, in the treatment process, loss of the sample is small, blood cells can be effective
