Summary:The invention discloses a simulation method for a CVI densification process of a fiber preform. The simulation method comprises the following steps: acquiring parameters of the fiber preform; constructing a periodically symmetrical unit cell model; performing grid division on a fluid computational domain and a solid computational domain in the unit cell model; discretizing a control equation of a CVI densification process in the unit cell through a finite volume method; loading a program unit in the CFD solver; setting material attributes, chemical reaction and boundary conditions; iteratively solving the discrete control equation, and calculating the time required for completing unit cell filling after convergence; optimizing the unit cell model to repeatedly simulate the pore evolution process of the preform; and visualizing the forming process of the closed holes in the unit cells and the evolution process of the microstructure according to the optimal unit cell model.
