Summary: | The invention discloses a response surface method optimized lamiophlomis rotata polysaccharide enzymolysis extraction process. According to the process, the lamiophlomis rotata crude polysaccharide is extracted through enzymolysis, the enzyme dosage, the temperature, the extraction time and the extraction times are used as influence factors, the polysaccharide extraction rate is used as an investigation factor, and the optimal influence factor of the polysaccharide extraction rate is screened out through single factor investigation. By utilizing response surface design, the optimal extraction process is obtained by optimization: the temperature is 60 DEG C, the extraction time is 30 minutes, the enzyme-drug ratio is 2%, and the pH is 8. The optimal extraction process conditions of the lamiophlomis rotata polysaccharide are determined as follows: the extraction time is 60 minutes, the pH value is 8 and the extraction temperature is 60 DEG C through single factor investigation and RSM test.
