Summary:The invention provides a method for removing pepsin endotoxin, and belongs to the technical field of pepsin. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) dissolving: dissolving a pepsin finished product with unqualified endotoxin content in water for injection, adding sodium chloride, stirring and dissolving, and filtering and clarifying; 2) performing ultrafiltration: concentrating clear liquid obtained by filtering and clarifying by using an ultrafiltration membrane, and adding water for injection for repeated dialysis until no chloride ion exists; 3) sterilizing: sterilizing and filtering by adopting a filter membrane; and 4) performing freeze drying on the product to obtain a pepsin product without endotoxin.
