The invention provides a file uploading method, system and device, and the method comprises the following steps: responding to a client, configuring an identifier for a specified type of file, carrying out the fragmentation uploading of the file, and receiving a fragmented file block; based on the identifier, the total number of the file blocks and the initial position of each file block in the file, performing sequential merging processing on the file blocks to obtain a new file; and reading the new file, carrying out corresponding operation according to the specified type of the new file, uploading the new file to a corresponding system, and returning information of successful uploading to the client. According to the file uploading method and device, the problem that uploading of the file with the large storage capacity is prone to failing is effectively solved, the uploading reliability of the file with the large storage capacity is improved, and meanwhile the uploading efficiency of the file is improved.
