Summary:According to the method for efficiently processing the CIDAS database based on the Tcl/Tk and R language, a graphical interface is developed through the Tcl/Tk, under the interface, a user obtains parameters obtained after an encoding book is decoded and defines data query and analysis requirements, a program sends the requirements to an R script input end of a background, and an R script analyzes an accessed data domain related to the parameters; and forming a data exchange table, and storing the data exchange table in a local machine. And the analysis result is presented in Excel by using a Vbs language, a visual icon is provided, and the result is sorted into a PPT format for engineers to use. According to the method and the system, efficient analysis of the CIDAS database can be realized, and a visual analysis result is provided. 本发明提出一种基于Tcl/Tk和R语言的高效处理CIDAS数据库的方法，通过Tcl/Tk开发图形界面，在该界面下，用户获得编码书解码之后的参数，并定义数据查询、分析的需求，程序将需求发送至后台的R脚本输入端，R脚本对访问的涉及参数的数据域进行分析，形成数据交换表，并将数据交换换表存在到本机。再运用Vbs语言将分析结果呈现到Excel中，提供可视化的图标，
