The component A and the component B are mixed in any proportion, and the component A comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of alpha,omega-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane, 30-40 parts of a plasticizer, 2.5-5 parts of a cross-linking agent, 100-120 parts of a filler, and 2-6 parts of a coupling agent, wherein the viscosity range of the alpha,omega-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane at the temperature of 25 DEG C is 10,000 mPa*s to 50,000 mPa*s; the component B comprises the following components in parts by mass: 10-15 parts of a plasticizer, and 0.1-1 part of a catalyst.
