Summary:The invention provides a sound positioning method and system based on 5G signal synchronization. The method comprises the following steps that simultaneous transmission of a 5G signal and a sound signal at a base station end is realized; the downlink transmission of 5G signals is applied, a receiving end receives the 5G signals transmitted by each base station, and time delay compensation is performed through synchronization signal blocks in the 5G signals so as to realize signal synchronization between the base stations; and then, based on time delay compensation correction, distance measurement is carried out through arrival differences of the sound signals emitted by all the base stations by utilizing the characteristic of low-speed propagation of the sound signals, and positioning is carried out through multi-base-station distance measurement results.
