The invention provides a distance measurement method, device and system, intelligent equipment and a computer readable storage medium. The method is suitable for first equipment, and comprises the following steps: sending a first sound wave positioning signal; receiving a first acoustic positioning signal; receiving a notification message including a first time difference between a first moment when the second device receives the second acoustic positioning signal and a second moment when the second device receives the first acoustic positioning signal, wherein the second acoustic positioning signal is sent by the second device; receiving a second acoustic positioning signal; determining a second time difference between a third moment when the first device receives the second sound wave positioning signal and a fourth moment when the first device receives the first sound wave positioning signal; and determining a distance between the first device and the second device based on the first time difference and th
