Summary: | The invention provides a nozzle of a plasma spray welding gun. The nozzle comprises an upper shell, an electrode and a lower shell. The upper shell is provided with a mounting channel penetrating through the two end faces of the upper shell, and the upper shell is provided with an air inlet channel allowing ion gas to pass through. The electrode is inserted into the channel, a gap is formed between the electrode and the upper shell, and the air inlet channel communicates with the gap. The upper shell and the lower shell are detachably connected. A cavity channel penetrating through the two end faces of the lower shell is formed in the lower shell and communicates with the mounting channel. The cavity channel comprises an output port which is located in the end face, away from the upper shell, of the lower shell.
