The method specifically comprises the steps of obtaining traffic flow information of a target road network; inputting the traffic flow information into a pre-trained time feature extraction network to obtain a traffic flow feature vector; and superposing the traffic flow feature vectors by using an RGB channel to obtain traffic state image feature information; inputting the traffic state image feature information into a traffic road condition prediction model for identification to obtain the traffic road condition of the target road network, wherein the traffic road condition prediction model is determined based on historical traffic data training.
