Abstract The invention provides a near-infrared-ray-controlled nano-gas diagnosis and treatment agent, a preparation method therefor and application of the near-infrared-ray-controlled nano-gas diagnosis and treatment agent. The near-infrared-ray-controlled nano-gas diagnosis and treatment agent comprises two-dimensional nanosheets and loads loaded to the two-dimensional nanosheets, wherein the loads comprise a transition-metal carbonyl compound or nucleophilic NO donor.
