Abstract | The invention provides a near-infrared-ray-controlled nano-gas diagnosis and treatment agent, a preparation method therefor and application of the near-infrared-ray-controlled nano-gas diagnosis and treatment agent. The near-infrared-ray-controlled nano-gas diagnosis and treatment agent comprises two-dimensional nanosheets and loads loaded to the two-dimensional nanosheets, wherein the loads comprise a transition-metal carbonyl compound or nucleophilic NO donor. The near-infrared-ray-controlled nano-gas diagnosis and treatment agent is simple in preparation method, releases CO or NO gas in response to near-infrared rays and can be used for achieving ingenious combination between low-toxicity efficient tumor optothermal therapy and gas treatment, the treatment efficiency is increased greatly, and thus, development of clinical applications is facilitated.
