Summary: | The invention discloses a preparation method of an aligned carbon nanotube hydrogel film for myocardial cell culture, which comprises the following steps of: preparing an aligned carbon nanotube hydrogel mold, and injecting a hydrogel prepolymer into the hydrogel mold in the direction of aligned carbon nanotubes in a gap between two glass slides; curing the hydrogel precursor through ultraviolet irradiation; putting the hydrogel mold into ultrapure water, and separating the glass slides from the cured hydrogel to obtain an aligned carbon nanotube compounded hydrogel film; and paving a biocompatible thin layer on the surfaces of the aligned carbon nanotubes.
