Summary: | The present invention relates to the field of rubber synthesis, and discloses a dehydration method of a synthetic rubber solvent. The dehydration method comprises the steps of: introducing a wet solvent into a solvent standing unit to carry out standing layering, introducing the obtained upper layer solvent into a separation membrane unit to carry out dehydration for 1-2 times, and returning the dehydrated solvent to a polymerization unit, wherein a separation membrane is a composite nanofiltration membrane. According to the method, the solvent for polymerization of the synthetic rubber can bedeeply dehydrated without liquid phase change and high-temperature heating, and the method is simple in step, energy-saving and environment-friendly.
