Summary: | The invention mainly relates to 4-aryl-5-thioether-2-difluoromethyl oxazole and a derivative and a synthesis method thereof. Under the combined action of an iron catalyst, an oxidizing agent and an additive, carbon-oxygen bonds of difluoroacetic anhydride are broken to be subjected to cyclization condensation with acetophenone oxime derivatives, and then the product is further subjected to free radical substitution reaction with thiophenol compounds, thereby generating the 4-aryl-5-thioether-2-difluoromethyl oxazole and the derivative thereof in a manner of one-pot-multi-component reaction. The product provided by the invention has a stable molecular structure and excellent chemical properties, and molecular dices and compound fragments contain rich biological activity and pharmacologicalactivity; the method disclosed by the invention overcomes the defects that the existing synthesis method of the 4-aryl-5-thioether-2-difluoromethyl oxazole compound has complex synthesis steps and needs a multi-step synthesis |
