Summary: | The invention discloses a method for producing a fish oil microcapsule from konjac glucomannan aerogel. The konjac glucomannan aerogel is prepared from konjac glucomannan, and fish oil is adsorbed tothe konjac glucomannan aerogel by using supercritical CO2. According to the invention, the konjac glucomannan and the fish oil are used as raw materials, sol-gel are combined with supercritical CO2 adsorption and embedding, a prepared spherical microcapsule is solidified to form a cross-linked network structure, and the embedding rate reaches 90.00% or above, so that the collapse is not likely tohappen at the high temperature, a core material can be well protected, and the excellent slow-release performance is achieved in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment; and therefore, the method has great application potential in the aspect of stability protection of functional factors.
