Summary:A welding torch 10 is provided with: a torch body 12 connected to a torch handle 11; a nozzle 14 connected to the torch body 12 and comprising an insulating material; a torch cap 13 connected to the torch body 12 on the side opposite the nozzle; and a tungsten electrode 15 that is housed within the welding torch 10 and that generates an arc between the tungsten electrode 15 and a workpiece 200 asa result of being supplied with prescribed power from a power source 40.
