The method comprises the following steps: logging in a monitoring interface of the information management system; calling object data of a monitoring object from the main server or the standby server, wherein the monitoring object comprises at least one device deployed in the network; displayingobject data of the monitoring object in a monitoring interface, wherein the object data is drawn on corresponding control elements in the monitoring interface according to a predetermined display template; enabling the monitoring control on the monitoring interface to receive the control instruction, responding to the control instruction and generating monitoring data, wherein each monitoring object monitored by the information management system has the corresponding monitoring control on the monitoring interface. According to the invention, the problem that the operation condition of each system in the conference roo
