The invention belongs to the technical field of composite materials, and discloses a composite fiber membrane as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The composite fiber membrane sequentially comprises a hydrophilic layer, an interface layer and a hydrophobic layer, wherein the hydrophilic layer and the hydrophobic layer contain nano-hydroxyapatite; the interface layer is repetitive units AB formed by alternately stacking units A and units B; the units A represent polylactic acid/nano-hydroxyapatite composite materials; the units B represent polyvinyl alcohol/nano-hydroxyapatite composite materials; the number of the repetitive units AB is 2-10; and the thickness of the interface layer is 80-200 [mu]m. According to the composite fiber membrane, by controlling the number (2-10) and the thickness (80-200 [mu]m) of the repetitive units AB of the interface layer and the mutual embedding and entanglement structure of fibers between the units A and the units B, compact interface combination is real
