The invention provides an electronic device. The electronic device comprises a first substrate, a plurality of phase shift electrodes, a second substrate, a plurality of patches, a common electrode layer, a dielectric layer and a liquid crystal layer, wherein the plurality of phase shift electrodes are arranged on the first substrate, the second substrate is provided with an inner side facing thefirst substrate, the plurality of patches are arranged on the inner side of the second substrate, and the dielectric layer is arranged between the common electrode layer and the second substrate and is arranged on the plurality of patches; and the liquid crystal layer is arranged between the plurality of phase shift electrodes and the common electrode layer.
