Summary:The invention relates to a molecular-level-based rock micro-structure and property research method which comprises the following steps of: obtaining main mineral components of rock through an X-ray diffraction test so as to obtain a crystal structure of the main mineral components of the rock; then calculating chemical bond parameters of the main mineral crystals, analyzing and verifying a calculation result, calculating elastic parameters of the mineral crystals, and analyzing and verifying the calculation result; and carrying out correlation analysis according to chemical bonds and elastic parameters of the mineral crystals.
