Summary: | The invention provides a synthesis method of enol trifluoromethanesulfonate, which takes ketone compounds, trifluoromethanesulfonic anhydride, alkali and dichloromethane as raw materials, and generates enol trifluoromethanesulfonate through sectional esterification reaction. Through the heating reflux process, the use of high-cost raw materials and harsh experimental conditions is avoided; meanwhile, trifluoromethanesulfonic anhydride is added in sections in the reaction process, so that the reaction time is shortened and the reaction yield is increased; thus, the synthesis of enol trifluoromethanesulfonate with a complex structure is realized with low-cost and easily available raw materials for the first time, the synthesis products are diversified, and the yield of enol trifluoromethanesulfonate is increased.
