The invention discloses a production process of N-cyanoethyl-N-benzylaniline, and the process comprises the following steps of: 1) adding 45ml of water and 76g of N-cyanoethyl aniline into stirring equipment, and performing heating to a certain temperature; 2) dropwise adding 68g of benzyl chloride and 20% of a sodium carbonate solution; 3) carrying out reaction at a certain temperature for a period of time, adding glacial acetic acid, performing stirring through stirring equipment, and then conducting cooling to 30DEG C; 4) separating out white solids, and filtering out the white solids through the stirring equipment; and 5) washing the white solids with water to obtain a finished product. 本发明公开了一种N-氰乙基-N-苄基苯胺的生产工艺，包括以下步骤：1）向搅拌设备中加入45ml水和76g N-氰乙基苯胺，升温至一定温度；2）滴入68g氯化苄和20％的碳酸钠溶液；3）在一定温度中反应一段时间，加入冰醋酸，并通过搅拌设备进行搅拌，随后降温至30℃；4）析出白色固体，通过搅拌设备过滤出白色固体；5）对白色固体进行水洗，得到成品。
