Summary:The invention provides a forming process of a QCr0.8 alloy large-size conical cylindrical ring piece. The forming process comprises the following steps that: raw materials are heated for upsetting anddrawing at least twice; after blanks are heated, the upsetting and the chamfering are performed to form blanks to primarily form large ends and small ends; prefabricated blanks are formed through reverse extrusion; the prefabricated blanks are machined to remove flanges and bottom remainder; the small ends of the prefabricated blanks are locally expanded, so that the shapes and the sizes of the small ends are similar to corresponding molded surfaces of driving rollers in a forming tool to prepare driving roller reference type special-shaped ring blanks; and a radial-axial ring rolling machineis adopted to match with the forming tool to roll and form the large-size conical cylindrical ring piece. The forming process reduces the consumption of the raw materials through reverse extrusion forming of the prefabricated
