The sorting and separating mechanism comprises a device body, a top cover and a discharging hopper arranged on the top cover; a rotary disc, a motor, a shielding cover and at least three powder bins are arranged in the device body; each powder bin is composed of an upper partition plate, a frame strip and a partition strip; a discharging opening is formed in the bottom end of each powder bin; the rotary disc is installed on a rotary shaft of the motor; the shielding cover is installed on a motor body; the tail end of the discharging hopper is arranged above the rotary disc; and a gap is formed between each upper partition plate and the rotary disc.
