Summary:The present disclosure relates to a magnetic gear device, and more particularly, to a magnetic gear device that enables power transmission by a non-contact gear transmission manner. A magnet gear device includes a first magnet unit in which two or more magnetic poles are alternately arranged in a direction along a rotation axis and a circumferential direction with respect to the rotation axis, respectively; a second magnet unit in which two or more magnetic poles are alternately arranged in the direction along the rotation axis and the circumferential direction, respectively; and a pole pieceunit including a plurality of pole pieces to form a magnetic flux path between the first magnet unit and the second magnet unit.
