The invention provides an antigen fibrillation cross-linking agent for lyocell fibers. The antigen fibrillation cross-linking agent comprises a cross-linking agent active material as shown in a formula (I) and a strong acid catalyst. The invention further provides the lyocell fiber. The invention further provides a treatment method for fibrillation of the lyocell fiber antigen.
