Summary:The invention discloses modified lignin epoxy resin which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 90-100 parts of lignin epoxy resin, 1-10 parts of a modified intermediate and acatalyst, and the dosage of the catalyst is 0.1-1% of the mass of a reaction system, wherein the modified intermediate is prepared by melting and mixing enzymatic hydrolysis lignin and a SiO bond-containing compound and/or polyol phosphate. The addition of the modified intermediate introduces SiO bonds and P atoms with higher bond energy into the lignin epoxy resin structure, thereby enhancing the heat resistance of the lignin epoxy resin. Secondly, the invention provides a carbon fiber composite material, and the composite material is obtained by cross-linking and curing modified lignin epoxy resin and a carbon fiber material.
