The invention provides a propeller assembly and an unmanned aerial vehicle, and relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles. The propeller assembly comprises blades, a mounting body, alimiting piece and a movable piece. The blades are rotatably connected to the mounting body and can rotate to an unfolded state relative to the mounting body. The limiting pieces are fixed to the blades, and the movable pieces are movably arranged on the mounting body. And under the condition that the blades are in an unfolded state, the limiting pieces are clamped with the movable pieces so thatthe limiting pieces can be fixed relative to the mounting body. And the movable piece can move under the action of external force to be separated from the limiting piece. The invention further provides an unmanned aerial vehicle adopting the propeller assembly. According to the propeller assembly and the unmanned aerial vehicle, the technical problems that in the prior art, due to the inertia effect of the blades, the unma
