The invention relates to an intention recognition method and system, computer equipment and a computer readable storage medium, and the intention recognition method comprises the steps: a data obtaining step: obtaining a to-be-recognized text; a data preprocessing step used for carrying out word segmentation on the to-be-recognized text, extracting keywords, and converting a word segmentation result and the keywords into vector representation to obtain character vectors and keyword vectors of the to-be-recognized text; a text encoding step for encoding the character vector and the keyword vector by using a recurrent neural network to obtain a character code and a keyword code of the to-be-identified text; and an intention recognition step: splicing the character codes and the keyword codesto obtain sentence codes of the to-be-recognized text, classifying the sentence codes through a first full connection layer and a Softmax layer, and outputting a text classification result to complete intention recognition.
