The invention discloses a sludge curing agent and an application method thereof. The sludge curing agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 10-20% of cement clinker; 30-50% of high-temperature furnace slag; 5-10% of lime; 10-20% of desulfurized gypsum; and 15%-20% of rectorite; according to the method, a curing agent is doped into the sludge according to a certain ratio, andafter mixing, compression molding and maintenance, the leaching toxicity of heavy metals is greatly reduced, the compressive strength is high, the pollution problem of the sludge is effectively solved, and the resource utilization of the sludge is realized. 本发明公开了一种污泥固化剂及其应用方法，包括以下质量分数的组分：水泥熟料10％～20％；高温炉渣30～50％；石灰5～10％；脱硫石膏10～20％；累托石15％～20％；是将固化剂按一定配比掺入污泥中，经拌合、压制成型、养护后，重金属浸出毒性大幅下降且具有较强的抗压强度，有效的解决污泥的污染问题，实现污泥的资源化利用。
