Summary:The invention relates to a superimposed modular rotary vane internal combustion engine. A plurality of rotary vane type internal combustion engine unit modules can be axially superimposed, a shaft formed by stacking directly outputs power, and a connecting rod, a crankshaft or any conversion mechanism is not needed. Each rotary vane type internal combustion engine unit module is formed by two flatcircular cylinders which are superimposed in the axial direction. Each flat circular cylinder comprises a flat circular cylinder wall, two partition plates, an eccentric shaft and two rotary vanes. Two superimposed flat circular cylinders in one unit module are divided into a first cylinder and a second cylinder by the middle partition plate. The first cylinder operates intake and compression strokes of the internal combustion engine, and the second cylinder operates explosion and exhaust strokes of the internal combustion engine. When the compression stroke is ended, the working medium gas enters the second cylinder
