The composite inorganic binding agent is selected, so that environmental pollution causedby carcinogenic factors including benzopyrene, formaldehyde and phenolic substances in the sintering process of the anhydrous stemming is reduced. Meanwhile, silicon nitride, silicon iron nitride, coke, carbon black and the silicon carbide whiskers are also added, so that on one hand, the erosion resistance and scouring resistance of the anhydrous stemming are improved, on the other hand, the toughness of the anhydrous stemming is improved, and the problem of safety production caused by expansion of cracks of the anhydrous stemming in the high-temperature sintering process is avoided.
