The first test board, the second test board and the plurality of limiting strips are all located on the upper surface of the substrate, andthe plurality of limiting strips are in bolted connection with the substrate; and the first test board and the second test board are symmetrically arranged, the welding face of the first test board is parallel to the welding face of the second test board, the other non-welding side faces of the first test board are tightly attached to at least one limiting strip, and the other non-welding side faces of the second test board are tightly attached to at least one limiting strip. The positioning problem between the two welding test boards is solved through the substrate and the plurality of limiting strips, use is easy an
