The invention provides a composite pipe as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The pipe wall of the composite pipe comprises at least two orientation layers and at least two medicine-carried layers, the orientation layers and the medicine-carried layers are alternately arranged, the innermost layer of the pipe wall is the orientation layer, the outermost layer of the pipe wall isthe orientation layer or the medicine-carried layer, the orientation layers comprise orientation films, and the medicine-carried layers comprise first binders and medicine. According to the compositepipe, the orientation layers and the medicine-carried layers are alternately arranged, so that on one hand, the medicine-carried layers are separated, and on the other hand, the release speed of themedicine is effectively controlled; and the composite pipe has excellent biocompatibility and degradability, has the advantages that the supporting force is strong, the medicine release speed is adjustable, and the like, and ha
