Norharman exists in a marine bacterium 40DY182 secondary metabolite, so that generation of violacein and formation of a biofilm can be well inhibited; the generation of drug-resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa pyocyanine is reduced, the formation of the biofilm is inhibited, and when the concentration is increased, the inhibition effect on the activity of a bacterial quorum sensing system is enhanced. 本发明公开了一种去甲哈尔满在制备群体感应抑制剂中的应用及菌株，本发明海洋细菌40DY182次级代谢产物中有去甲哈尔满，能较好的抑制紫色杆菌紫色素的产生以及生物被膜的形成；耐药性铜绿假单胞菌绿脓菌素产生减少，生物被膜形成受到抑制，在浓度增大时，与对细菌群体感应系统活性的抑制效果增强。
