Summary:The invention provides a preparation method of a composite reticular film loaded with PLGA/triamcinolone acetonide microspheres. The preparation method comprises the following steps of 1.1, preparingthe PLGA microspheres coated with a triamcinolone acetonide drug by using a solvent emulsification volatilization method; and 1.2, dissolving the PLGA microspheres coated with the triamcinolone acetonide drug in 0.2 M of chitosan acetate/collagen/genipin solution, and preparing the PLGA/triamcinolone acetonide microsphere loaded composite reticular film by a freeze-drying method. The composite reticular film provided by the invention is used for preventing esophageal ESD postoperative stenosis.
