Summary: | The invention belongs to the technical field of polyethylene fibers, and particularly relates to a high-temperature-resistant ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber which comprises the following raw materials: an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene solution and a graphene aqueous dispersion in a weight ratio of 50-55: 1. The graphene aqueous dispersion comprises the following raw materials: graphite, sodium nitrate, potassium nitrate, concentrated sulfuric acid, potassium permanganate, deionized water and a hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution in a weight ratio of (1-3): (0.5-1.5):(1-2): (2-3): (0.1-0.3): (5-15): (2-3). The high-temperature-resistant ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber can resist 158 DEG C for 5 minutes, which is far higher than the 135 DEG C of themelting point of common ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fibers.
