Summary:Aiming at the current treatment situation of oral squamous cell carcinoma in the prior art, the invention provides application of a small-molecule inhibitor remodelin of NAT10 in preparation of medicines for treating oral squamous cell carcinoma. Firstly, the invention proposes the possibility that the NAT10 is used as an oral squamous cell carcinoma treatment target point. Then, the invention uses the inhibitor remodelin of the NAT10 protein, and proliferation and metastasis of tumors are inhibited by inhibiting expression of the NAT10 protein. The invention further verifies that the remodelin can inhibit the growth of oral squamous cell carcinoma xenograft tumors with high expression of NAT10 on a mouse model. In conclusion, the NAT10 small-molecule inhibitor remodelin is expected to become an important target for oral squamous cell carcinoma proliferation and metastasis resistance research, provides a basis for preparation of oral squamous cell carcinoma proliferation resistance drugs, and has good develop
