The invention relates to a dust removal method in a grinding process. The dust removal method comprises the following steps that dust exhaust apparatus of a grinding table is started when a part needsto be ground; when the part is ground, large-particle dust penetrates through dust falling holes in a table top due to dead weight to enter an inner cavity of the grinding table; the dust exhaust apparatus sucks small-particle dust into a dust drawing part at the rear portion of the table top, and a filter plate located on the front surface of the dust drawing part blocks and rebounds the large-particle dust drawn by the dust drawing part; and the rebounded large-particle dust penetrates through the dust falling holes in the table top due to the dead weight to enter the inner cavity of the grinding table; and the large-particle dust entering the inner cavity of the grinding table enters a collecting hopper, the small-particle dust entering the inner cavity of the grinding table is adsorbed on a filter cartridge;
