Summary:The invention discloses an operation training model for simulating human tissue spine characteristics. The operation training model comprises a base; an upper cover frame which is buckled on the baseand is provided with a hollow groove; a simulated human tissue which fills and covers the hollow groove and forms a sealed cavity with the base; simulated human body skin which wraps and is attached to the simulated human body tissue; and an animal spine replacement core which fills the sealed cavity and comprises a wrapping layer matched with the sealed cavity in shape and an animal spine arranged in the wrapping layer, wherein foamed silica gel is filled between the wrapping layer and the animal spine. The model is ingenious in structure, can highly simulate a real human spine tissue structure, can be repeatedly used, and can allow an instrument which easily generates heat to perform puncture operation on the animal spine replacement core, so that the model is suitable for different types of puncture operation,
