Summary: | The invention provides an HLA-G full-length protein as well as an expression vector, an expression engineering strain and a preparation method thereof. A nucleotide sequence of an expression region ofthe expression vector includes a nucleotide sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO.3, and the engineering strain contains the HLA-G full-length protein expression vector. The HLA-G full-length protein is prepared by induction expression and purification on the HLA-G full-length protein expression engineering strain. According to the invention, an optimized escherichia coli expression system is adopted toexpress the human HLA-G full-length protein in vitro, so that high-yield and high-purity expression of the human HLA-G full-length protein is realized.
