The device comprises a liquid storage tank, an electric hydraulic pump, an instrument platform,a liquid conveying pipeline and a three-way pipeline. The liquid storage tank is used for storing a liquid cleaning additive. An inlet of the electric hydraulic pump communicates with the liquid storage tank through the liquid conveying pipeline, an outlet of the electric hydraulic pump communicates with the three-way pipeline through a connecting pipeline, and the three-way pipeline communicateswith an automobile engine oil pipe.
