The invention discloses a feeding device capable of delivering quantitatively and used for rice processing. The feeding device comprises a mounting base, wherein a position, corresponding to a chargehole, at the left side of a feeding shell is fixedly equipped with a hopper through a bracket; a reciprocating feeding mechanism is fixedly arranged on the middle part of an inner cavity of the feeding shell; a bearing mechanism is arranged on the reciprocating feeding mechanism; a quantitative receiving mechanism is arranged on the top of the bearing mechanism; and a feeding drive mechanism whichis matched with the quantitative receiving mechanism is arranged in the bearing mechanism. The reciprocating feeding mechanism drives the bearing mechanism, so that the quantitative receiving mechanism is moved to a discharge tube for discharging rice; a pressure sensor detects rice weight on a receiving plate and transmits the rice weight to a display screen to display, so that a user observes aweight value displayed by
