The synthesis method is easy to operate, and the target compound can be obtained in one step. 本发明公开了一种2-炔基取代吲哚衍生物的合成方法，包括以下步骤：在铑催化剂、银添加剂和氧化剂的作用下，苯胺衍生物与1,3-丁二炔衍生物在有机溶剂中发生环合反应，反应结束后经过后处理得到所述的2-炔基取代吲哚衍生物。采用本发明的合成方法，操作简单，一步可以获得目标化合物。
