The invention provides a multi-modal stimulation system and a multi-modal stimulation method. The multi-modal stimulation system comprises a plurality of multi-modal stimulation devices, a control device and an adjustable positioning device. The multi-modal stimulation devices are in one-to-one correspondence with acupoints to be stimulated. Each multi-modal stimulation device is used for providing electrical stimulation and/or thermal stimulation and/or mechanical stimulation. The control device is electrically connected with the multi-modal stimulation device. The control device is used fordetermining the stimulation state of the corresponding multi-mode stimulation device according to the selected stimulation mode of each acupoint to be stimulated, and controlling the multi-mode stimulation device to stimulate the corresponding acupoint to be stimulated according to the stimulation state in a selected order.
