[Problem] To provide a pin, a sleeve, or a bushing with which it is possible to perform degassing reliably even when the pin or the like has a small diameter, thus ensuring required strength. [Solution] A pin 1, a sleeve, or a bushing comprises a body portion and a flange portion disposed on a rear end of the body portion. A plurality of grooves 1a are formed in a longitudinal direction on an outer peripheral surface of the body portion.
